We do not offer refunds on any purchases. All items are non-refundable. Please make your selection carefully before completing your order.

Store Credit Only

If an item qualifies for a return, store credit will be issued. This credit can be used toward future purchases. No cash or card refunds will be provided.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello.lunexaau@gmail.com

Please include the following:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the defect

Once we receive your request, we will review the information and determine the appropriate next steps. If the product is confirmed to be faulty, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless stated otherwise.
